Building The Puppet - Connecting Body Parts

After many attempts to build solid joints, I have finally succeeded. Since the bar kept coming off the ball previously, I decided to order piercing bars online to test them. They turned out to be very good and works almost as functional as the ball head screws.

Here's how the skeleton of the puppet look now:

Once I received the piercing bars, I cut them in half and inserted them with the body parts that didn't have a solid joint.

Later on, I joined all body parts together. However, this was a painstaking task. Dealing with very small bolts and nuts needed to done very carefully. Also, some of the bars weren't glued properly in the body parts, thus, I had to redo them. Finally, I managed to tighten all joints and have a finished skeleton.
